REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed. As a user, you may cancel your order at any time. Any return or refund is as per the return and refund policy of that particular vendor.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the product or has received the wrong product, we shall replace the product with a similar product. The User can send an email to us along with a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to info@riddhisiddhicreationsgurgaon.com with the following on the body of the email: Your order number

A brief description of the reason for the return And tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Buyer has to register the refund/replacement claim within fifteen days of the receipt of the product. You can raise a claim via the “Ask for refund/replacement” option in the “My Accounts” page, by sending an email at info@riddhisiddhicreationsgurgaon.com. You may also inform us of your intent to return an item via letter by post, fax, or e-mail. https://riddhisiddhicreationsgurgaon.com/ will not entertain any claim made after fifteen days of the receipt of the Product. Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and without the cost of delivery. We do not refund the cost of delivery. Photo Returns are available for all the products. Items which you want to return must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the items, please make sure that products are returned with the original tags and packaging intact including but not limited to free-bies, combos, accessories, Shipping Id, Name, Postal Address, Number, Article Number, Bar Code, MRP (should be undetached and should be clearly visible), shipping ID etc. and in an unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled condition. Refund will only be issued only after through a quality check of the product.

PACKAGING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN

Items which you want to return must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning, please make sure that products are returned with the original tags and packaging intact including but not limited to free-bies, combos, accessories, Shipping Id, Name, Postal Address, Number, Article Number, Bar Code, MRP (should be undetached and should be clearly visible), shipping ID etc. and in an unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled condition. The Pickup Address and the Postal Address of the User must be same. No change in pickup Address will be entertained. All products listed on the Website need not have the same return policy due to their fragile nature or any other specification listed on the Website. For all product the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general return policy. No return will be accepted which are directly sent back to our warehouse without informing to our customer service team. Returns will only be accepted only after through a quality check of the product. We encourage you also to include a brief description of the reason for the return.

REFUND

Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved, or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up within 5 days after which you will get a refund. We issue your refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the package. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy. The exchange, replacement and /or refund on products are valid till 15 days from the date of delivery. EXCHANGE Items which you want to exchange must be in unused condition with original packing.
